Payment & Shipping

As we dispatch items from Malaysia, dispatch times may vary for each item even if they are ordered at the same time.

Once your order has been dispatched, we offer the following times for delivery in business days.

Ships from Malaysia: 2-5 business days.

 

Secure Ordering & Payment Options

Your order may be shipped from our distribution centers Malaysia which is known as a split shipment. To confirm if your order is a split shipment, please review your delivery confirmation e-mail. We only accept the payment when the order has been delivered.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted if returned within 30 days of receipt. Only items that are unworn, unaltered, unwashed, and in sellable condition can be returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Any accompanying tags must be intact and in original packaging.
Please be informed that in-store purchases are not eligible for returns online.
